Cook II

  • Entry level position

  • Should be able to prepare, cook and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.

  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation of all dishes.

  • Follow established recipe and menu guidelines.

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation daily in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Should be able to properly operate, and clean all kitchen equipment with minimal supervision.

  • Support the culinary team in daily kitchen operations, including prep work, production, and service.

  • Perform other duties as directed by management.

  • Experience:

    • Preferred 6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
