Beverage Supervisor

Come work where others play!  Be a part of our fast moving excitement!  Pays $20.00 with premium pay.  We are looking for responsible Beverage Supervisors.

Job entails supervising daily tasks of Bartenders, Cocktail Servers and barbacks. Support with hiring, training, motivate and direct staff.

Essential Functions

•Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.

•Responsible for managing labor hours, cash control and inventory.

•Promoting positive work environment and team building.

•Support and enable staff to provide for all guest's needs and request.

•Conduct Pre-shift meetings.

•Assist with employee reviews and evaluations.

•Assist with scheduling of the Bartenders, Cocktails and Barbacks and meeting designated payroll cost.

•Must be Alcohol awareness trained through the TIPS program. Certification is good for 3 years.  Done on site.

•Obtain IRGC license.  Done on site.

•Responsible for insuring all Iowa Department of Health, Internal controls and government rules and regulations are followed.

•Responsible for tracking systematically, all critical areas of beverage service.

•Responsible for all relevant inventories including rotation, par levels, periodic physical inventories and discontinued inventory items.

•Smile and make eye contact with Guests and employees.

•Perform other related tasks deemed necessary by management.
